Refund, transfer, and credit policy

Due to contractual commitments with venues, speakers, and vendors, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, the transfer and credit options below apply.

Group live programs (conferences, workshops, and in-person events)

If a registrant is unable to attend a group live program, the following options are available:

  • 90 or more days before the event: transfer the registration to another individual at no additional charge; or convert it into a PitBullTax® Institute credit for 100% of the registration fee, valid for 12 months from issuance and applicable toward any PitBullTax® Institute conference, workshop, webinar, or educational program.
  • 31–89 days before the event: transfer to another individual at no additional charge; or convert into a PitBullTax® Institute credit for 75% of the registration fee, valid for 12 months from issuance and applicable toward any PitBullTax® Institute conference, workshop, webinar, or educational program.
  • 30 days or less before the event: transfer to another individual at no additional charge. No Institute credit will be issued.

If a registered attendee does not attend and does not notify PitBullTax® Institute before the event begins, all registration fees will be forfeited. PitBullTax® Institute is not responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred by attendees.

Group internet-based programs (webinars and virtual events)

Due to immediate access to course materials, recordings, and related resources, all group internet-based registrations are non-refundable. If a registrant cannot attend a live webinar or virtual event, they may transfer their registration to another individual prior to the start; receive access to the recording when available; or transfer to a future webinar of equal or lesser value if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

To request a transfer or credit, contact PitBullTax® Institute at (954) 748-2855, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

What your registration includes

The In-Person ticket includes the working sessions, hands-on labs, meals during conference hours, and the Monday Welcome Experience and Tuesday evening event. The Virtual ticket includes live streams of the working sessions and access to recordings for 60 days following the conference. Hotel accommodations, theme park admission, transportation, and optional guest activities are sold separately or through the resort.

Sponsorships

These terms also apply to companies that purchase a sponsorship. Each sponsorship tier includes the exhibit space, lunch presentation slot, logo placement, and conference-website listing described for that tier at the time of purchase. Booth dimensions, placement, and schedule are preliminary and are finalized with the host venue closer to the event; final placement is determined by PitBullTax® and the venue and may differ from any indicative layout shown during checkout.

Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. A sponsor unable to participate may, 31 or more days before the event, transfer its sponsorship to another company at no additional charge or convert it into a PitBullTax® Institute credit valid for 12 months toward a future sponsorship or program; within 30 days of the event, a sponsorship may be transferred to another company but no credit will be issued. Amounts already committed to the venue, signage, printed materials, or other third-party vendors on the sponsor's behalf are non-creditable. To arrange a transfer or credit, contact info@pitbulltax.com.

Use of sponsor names and logos

By purchasing a sponsorship, the sponsor grants PitBullTax® a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to display the sponsor's company name, logo, and trademarks on the conference website, on-site signage, printed materials, and promotional communications for the purpose of fulfilling and promoting the sponsorship and the conference. The sponsor represents that it owns or is authorized to grant rights in the marks it provides and that PitBullTax®'s use as described will not infringe the rights of any third party. PitBullTax® will use the marks substantially as supplied and, on the sponsor's written request, will discontinue further use after the conference, except for archival or historical references to past events.
