What you should know before you book the trip.

  • Are CE credits included?

    Yes. PitBullTax® Institute is an IRS-approved Continuing Education provider — Enrolled Agents earn CE credits and CPAs earn CPE credits (we're an approved NASBA CPE sponsor).

  • What's the refund policy?

    Registrations are non-refundable, but your seat is always transferable to a colleague at no charge. Cancel 90+ days out and convert to a 100% PitBullTax® Institute credit (good for 12 months); 31–89 days out converts to a 75% credit. See the Terms of Registration for the full transfer-and-credit policy.

  • What's included with the in-person ticket?

    Three days of conference sessions plus every meal on us — 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, all morning and afternoon breaks, the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, and Karaoke Night on Tuesday. Free Universal Express Unlimited at the on-park hotels^ (park admission sold separately), complimentary water-taxi transport to the parks, digital workbooks, and 18 CPE/CE credits. The Virtual ticket includes the live stream, 60 days of recordings, and digital workbooks — meals and on-site perks are in-person only.

  • Does my conference ticket include park admission?

  • What do I need to bring for the hands-on sessions?

    A laptop with a modern browser. A current PitBullTax® login is helpful but not required — we'll set up trial access on the day for anyone without one.

  • How does the virtual option work?

    Live stream of every session + 60 days of recording access + digital workbooks. Virtual attendees get full session access; the in-person ticket adds meals, evening receptions, and Universal Express Unlimited at the resort.

  • Can I bring my family?

    Yes — and we recommend it. The hotel's family amenities (pools, water taxis, dining) are available to all guests staying at Loews Portofino Bay. The in-person ticket includes the registrant's evening events; bringing a spouse, partner, or kids to the welcome reception or karaoke night is $200 per extra guest, configurable at checkout.
